Purity Bridge Aesthetic Nursing Team
The aesthetic specialist nurse team of Corrie, Mary and Emma at Purity Bridge support Ms Nugent’s surgical patients. They have a wealth of experience in aesthetic plastic surgery along with medical aesthetic treatments and pre- & postoperative care. Patients having surgery under general anaesthesia at Purity Bridge will meet the team before and after their surgery with preoperative and pre-assessment appointments. As these appointments are very helpful for patients, pre-surgery Specialist Nurse appointments are also now scheduled for patients having surgery at The McIndoe Centre and Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Patients having surgery under local anaesthetic at Purity Bridge will have their initial postoperative appointments with the specialist nurses. The specialist nurses can provide insightful guidance and recommendation for a wide range of aesthetic treatments along with helping guide and prepare you for your aesthetic surgery with Ms Nugent.

Clinical Massage Therapist
Clare has been a clinical massage therapist since 2004. She is highly skilled with a lot of experience, not only with straightforward surgical recovery, but with every type of complication. She works with cosmetic, plastic, reconstructive and orthopaedic surgeons to gain the best results, in the quickest time possible. Clare prepares patients for surgery, provides treatments to reduce recovery times and can also help with persistent swelling and healing of some complications in the weeks following surgery.
Clare is a registered healthcare provider with BUPA, AVIVA, Health Shield and WPA. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including complementary therapies in cancer services at University College Hospital, London and Horder Healthcare, who specialise in Orthopaedic surgeries. Her qualifications include extensive training in manual lymphatic drainage, a BSc (Hons) Health Sciences; Remedial Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy and an MSc in Complementary Medicine. She is a member of MLDuk and the British Lymphology Society and teaches and lectures on lymphascial kinesiology taping for post-surgical recovery.
