Claire comes to Ms Nugent’s practice with extensive experience of plastic surgery practice management both in the NHS and the private sector. Her caring and friendly manner along with her exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills will help ease you through your patient journey.
Claire will help you to book consultations, schedule surgery and book appointments for your postoperative care. Claire will handle any enquiries you may have about your treatment. Claire also oversees the practice as well as finances and billing.
Lucy joined our team in 2018 and we are delighted to welcome her to the office. Lucy has a background in private healthcare and customer service for many years. She will also help you to schedule appointments and surgeries and can help with any queries that you have in the lead up to your consultation or treatment.
Lucy is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She aims to provide you with the highest quality service and support during your treatment with Ms Nugent. Lucy leads on financial quotations and surgery scheduling.
Alicia is part of the team since 2021 and is invaluable to our team. We were very pleased that she joined us full time after finishing university in Leeds. She leads on enquiry handling, patient communication and will help provide you with information about appointments as well as scheduling you for your initial consultations.
